Our PNP team has assisted one of our clients who was sanctioned by ASQA, incl rejection to the scope of registration and suspension of training products. Through our Non-conformance Rectification process and report, the team achieved the outcome of a successful reconsideration by ASQA, who revoked its decision and sanction. The process not only helped the RTO to get back to their day to day operations but also allowed them to improve the business and understanding compliance requirements under Standards for RTOs 2015. The RTO is now successfully operating under its extended scope of registration.
