Eva Pavlakis is a highly distinguished business founder and leader. With a background in Mechanical and Construction Engineering, Management Systems Auditing, Work Health & Safety and Building and Construction Management, Eva leads the PNP team through complete operation and compliance.

With over two decades of industry experience, she provides a comprehensive range of professional auditing skills, high level project management along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Over the years, Eva has been involved in numerous projects overseeing everything from initial planning to final execution. Her skills and knowledge extend across various facets of construction management, including co-ordinating diverse teams, liaising with stakeholders, and navigating regulatory requirements.

Her expertise also covers the suite of QHSE management standard including 9001, 14001 & 45001 and expertise with NDIS Practice and Aged Care Quality Standards. Eva has managed national and international engineering projects in product design and development, process improvement testing, and commissioning, particularly in the building and construction industry.
