Architecture, Interiors & Living Experience
Apollo Apartments includes an internal lift, providing full accessibility across both levels. From the formal entry — featuring timber trim, iron balustrades, a statement chandelier, and artwork by local artist Dalozza — the tone is set for a residence that balances sophistication with function.
The entry opens into common areas finished in herringbone timber-look vinyl flooring with a contrasting border that provides visual guidance and seamless transitions. The development comprises four architecturally appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments, with imperceptible thresholds throughout to support safe and independent movement.
Each apartment is fully automated, offering facial recognition entry, touchscreen and app-based controls, voice-activated functions, motorised blinds, and height-adjustable benchtops. Kitchens feature accessible sinks with filtered water, waterfall ends, integrated appliances, LED under-cabinet lighting, and carefully selected laminates and tiled splashbacks for a cohesive, premium aesthetic. High-end inclusions include integrated fridges, Black Label drawer dishwashers, pull-out pantries, four-zone induction cooktops, ovens, microwaves, and rangehoods.
Butler’s pantry/laundries include dual washer-dryers, accessible sinks, matching splashbacks, and Caroma Classic Care tapware. Fixtures throughout reflect durability and design integrity, including Zanda architectural hardware, Nero Mecca Care tapware, and Caroma Opal vanities, all selected for both compliance and visual appeal.
Landscape, Community & Safety
Externally, Apollo Apartments features lush tropical landscaping with over 980 plants, a tranquil pond, ambient lighting, and thoughtfully integrated outdoor spaces. Each apartment includes a private balcony or courtyard, complemented by a fully accessible communal entertaining area with a Parkquik Equal Access Greenplate® BBQ and wheelchair-accessible seating — encouraging connection, inclusion, and time in nature.
The development also includes a dedicated therapy room and multipurpose studio, supporting a range of participant needs. Safety is prioritised through 24/7 security, automated gates, CCTV, and advanced fire systems, fully compliant with Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
Design Brief & Philosophy — The Meaning of Apollo
Apollo was not only the god of light, but also the patron of architecture, order, and rational design. He embodied precision, proportion, and the pursuit of excellence — principles that guided every aspect of this project.
Apollo Apartments draws from this legacy – structured, refined, and intentionally crafted spaces shaped by clarity and purpose.
APOLLO — the Greek god of light, healing, protection, and harmony.
Apollo became our design metaphor:
- Light → transparency, clarity, wellbeing
- Healing → spaces that restore dignity and independence
- Protection → safety embedded in every detail
- Harmony → uplifting, balanced, intentional homes
A Building with Heart
The first thing you see upon entry is The Heart Reef — a powerful visual statement and the grounding symbol of our design philosophy. It represents heart-led construction, integrity, and building with meaning, reinforcing our belief that beautiful homes inspire beautiful lives.

The façade colour, Dulux “Miracle”, was selected intentionally. It represents hope, optimism, and transformation, signalling that what lies beyond the walls is human, uplifting, and deeply considered.
Homes, Not Units
Every dwelling at Apollo Apartments is deliberately different.
Because no two participants are the same.
Each apartment includes:
- A unique feature tile
- Custom cabinetry colours
- Individually selected splashbacks
- Personalised material palettes
Personalisation equals dignity — and dignity is non-negotiable.
A Resort Feel with Purpose
More than one plant per square metre has been incorporated across the site, creating a restorative, resort-like environment. The water feature supports calm and mental wellbeing, while dense planting contributes to carbon absorption, reduced heat gain, and a healthier microclimate.
Beyond the site, Apollo Apartments also supports Bands of Courage, contributing to planting initiatives worldwide — reinforcing our commitment to purpose beyond the project boundary.
Intentionality in Every Detail
Nothing at Apollo Apartments is accidental.
Everything is designed to support, empower, and uplift.
- Barrier-free living.
- Space to breathe and move freely.
- Premium, non-institutional design.
- Control, comfort, and autonomy.
Community & Legacy
For every project, 1% of total build cost is reinvested back into the community, reflecting our belief that development should leave a positive legacy.
Apollo Apartments is more than accessible housing.
It is a home shaped by intention, emotion, and craftsmanship — a place where independence is supported, dignity is preserved, and beauty is part of everyday life.
