PNP Group is proud to announce that Apollo Apartments, delivered by PNP Constructions, has been named Winner – 2025 HIA Queensland Housing Awards, Specialised Housing of the Year.

This prestigious recognition celebrates Apollo Apartments as a leading example of award-winning SDA design. The project was physically assessed by a panel of industry experts, with strong focus on quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, sustainability, and innovation. We are incredibly proud of the exceptional feedback received throughout the judging process.

Awards Night & Industry Recognition

The HIA Queensland Housing Awards recognise excellence across a wide range of residential building and design categories, celebrating innovation, craftsmanship, sustainability, and industry leadership.

The awards provide an opportunity for builders and designers to showcase their best work, stand out within their region, and be recognised alongside the highest-performing projects in Queensland. Recognition at this level highlights a commitment to raising standards across residential construction and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and communities.

The awards ceremony was held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre, bringing together leaders from across Queensland’s residential construction industry. We were delighted to be joined by guests on the night and to share the occasion in a vibrant and celebratory setting.

The evening featured exceptional dining, live entertainment, and a well-curated program, creating a memorable atmosphere that reflected the significance of the awards. It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside industry peers and to see excellence in housing design and construction recognised at such a high level.

As a Major Award Winner, PNP with their project Apollo Apartments will now progress to the Australian HIA Housing Awards, to be held nationally in April 2026. We are proud to represent Queensland at the 2026 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards.
