The landscape of SDA took a dramatic turn for the better the weekend before last, with the unveiling of Apollo Apartments in Caboolture Queensland. Designed and built by The PNP Group, Apollo Apartments offers four 2-bedroom architecturally designed independent living, built to the highest standards, enhancing comfort, safety and independence, giving people living with physical and/or intellectual disabilities an exceptional quality of life… the life they deserve. .
How the PNP story began
The PNP Group of Companies was founded in 2014 by Eva and Marcus Pavlakis. The Group originally began as a compliance-focused business, supporting organisations with auditing, conformance, and sector-specific quality assurance, particularly in aged care and disability services.

In 2019, recognising a significant gap in the delivery and quality of accessible housing, PNP Constructions was launched to offer purpose-built solutions in Complex Home Modifications and, later, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). From its inception, the construction division was guided by Marcus’s extensive building experience and the couple’s shared compliance background, ensuring every project met both clinical and regulatory requirements.
After spending considerable time overseas, gaining insights into how the Europeans were approaching home modifications and Specialist Disability Accommodation, Marcus and Eva Pavlakis tore up the rule book, applying their energy, focus and hard work to achieve their vision.

As the Queensland sun shone over 40 Manley Street at the opening of our Flagship property on the 23rd May, something quite miraculous unfolded. The event sparked a wave of delighted expression, a clear sign that expectations were not only met – they were surpassed.
The morning kicked off with the ribbon cutting by Councilor Adam Hain, who spoke of the positive impact a property like Apollo Apartments would have on the local community. Adam was joined by the General Manager of Fund Raising at Paralympics Australia, Chantel Plum, who was both surprised and delighted to receive a donation to the tune of $10,000, from the PNP Group, which will be put towards the Paralympians team quest for Milan 2026.
With Australian Rugby Paralympian Ryley Batt and Australian Olympic Sprinter Ebony Lane also in attendance, the 50+ crowd enjoyed freshly brewed coffee thanks to Hana’s Coffee and a sausage sizzle courtesy of the wonderful people at Tradelink.
