Our Construction Project Coordinator, Emily Saysanavongpheth, wins the Camden Small Business Awards – Outstanding Youth Award 2024

We are thrilled to celebrate Emily, our incredible Project Coordinator, who won the prestigious Camden Business Awards Youth of the Year 2024! This recognition, presented by the Mayor of Camden, Cr Ashleigh Cagney, is a testament to Emily’s exceptional contributions to our team and the community.

At just 22, Emily’s dedication, passion, and resilience shine through in everything she does, especially in navigating the complexities of construction with remarkable grace. As a young female professional, she demonstrates excellence, positively impacting the lives of individuals living with disabilities.

In a male-dominated field, Emily excels, consistently going above and beyond in her work. Her role at PNP Group is essential—she liaises with tradespeople, oversees projects, and ensures that every client feels heard and valued, guiding them through each step of the construction process with empathy and precision. Her commitment to improving lives and her ability to translate clients’ visions into reality truly set her apart.

Receiving this award from the Mayor, along with a personal letter congratulating her on her outstanding work, adds to the pride we feel in having Emily on our team. Her smile lights up every room she enters, and her cheerful energy inspires everyone around her. Her determination, combined with her academic achievements as she finishes her Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with Honours at Western Sydney University, reflects the future of leadership in the construction sector.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Precedent Productions, the judges, and our wonderful community for recognising Emily’s incredible efforts. A special thank you to Mayor Cr Ashleigh Cagney for presenting this well-deserved award.

Emily is not only an exceptional professional but also a valued member of our PNP family. We are incredibly proud of her achievements, and we know that with her on our team, the future is brighter than ever!

Congratulations, Emily! Your passion, commitment, and heart-filled approach continue to inspire us all. We are super proud of you, and fortunate to have you on our team! Stay amazing ✨
